We gathered the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO), Brazilian authorities at the federal, state and municipal levels of Armação dos Búzios for the construction of our new safety practices, which resulted in our protocol: the “WAM CLEAN & SAFE ” approved regular and specific testing for COVID-19.

Check-In: Upon arrival at the resort, you will be welcomed within the previously validated security protocols. We have 70% alcohol in the lobby and at the reception desk. In accommodation for minors, it is mandatory to present an identity document and, when unaccompanied by the parents, it is mandatory to present the respective authorization and birth certificate.

Sanitization protocol: We have adopted a strict sanitization protocol. In addition to the use of specific equipment and products for COVID-19, with a product recommended by WHO and ANVISA, all internal areas.

Recreation team: We will develop regular activities

How to make meals: Our kitchen staff have received specific food safety training for COVID-19 and are properly qualified to produce safe and tasty food. In addition to all food handling protocols, our nutritionist supervises the process, intensifying the stop for hand hygiene, countertops and utensils. In addition, we re-adapted the service of bars and restaurants to serve snacks and meals safely.

Check-out: On the day of departure, you can stay in the apartment until 11:00 am. We will send you your account statement the night before to minimize the time you spend at the front desk during check out.
